Nature of business: Downswood Worms is a UK-based supplier of live worms and related products for fishing, composting, and exotic pet keeping.

Important notice regarding live products: All live worms are dispatched in good condition. Due to the perishable and living nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. In the event of a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Limitation of liability: Downswood Worms shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the misuse of live products, failure to follow care instructions, or delays caused by third-party couriers beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law: These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
